I've just stumbled on this guy's blog. I've never heard of him before and no idea how well known he is but check out some of his old skool mixes on his blog. The man mixes like a machine. I've not heard mixing as smooth as his for a long long time.

Returning to Bristols number one underground rave venue, taking over the entire complex
and storming the fort with a freshly prepared selection of quite easily the most talented deck
technicians and microphone masters in the business, Ravers Are: return picking up right
where X-treme left off by delivering another adrenaline inducing line-up that will without
doubt break all boundaries, smash all bars set by previous events and send you lot on such a
natural musical high, youll be high fiving the angels in heaven before that 6am kick out time!

Returning with a line-up stacked with talent, Ravers Are: this time team with not one, but four
big room brands in the main arena for the ultimate night of your life! Scotlands number one
underground event brands Twisted & Darkside take a trip to the South West to unite with
Bridgwaters legendary Firewall, who will be gracing Bristol for the first time as part of their
On Tour parade, as well as Bournemouth bad boys Resistance - who celebrate their third
birthday as part of Ravers Are: Twisted! Presenting a culmination of South West, versus the
South Coast, versus the North of the Border, mixing the talents of four of the UKs most
celebrated underground event organisers in the scene to date, to create one massive main
room collective that again pushes the envelope of redefining rave.

I Need Air is great
trying to find the version with the 'Playing with knives' stabs (?)
but to be honest 'Perfect Stranger' is weak
pales compared to hcbs and isnt dubstep
but is nice to hear breakbeats back in vogue seeing as it's a mainstay of our music Cool

Here here
Massive big up to all the winners and runners up, the diversity of winners shows what an awesome scene we have. I think it's safe to say the big winner of the night was the whole Nu-Rave scene.
Personally i found voting a nightmare due to the sheer size of amazing talent nominated
Onwards and upwards for the forthcoming year
And I should say a huge big up to Kidson for being the main man behind it all
